The Marketing Division is primarily a support office for MWR activity managers; however, the staff interfaces with the community in many important ways. Marketing is your source for information
on Fort Jackson.

The Marketing staff publishes the Fort Jackson MWR Web Page. The web page covers all the exciting MWR events and programs offered at Fort Jackson.


Other functions of Marketing include:
• Coordination of post wide surveys

• Coordination of the Commercial Sponsorship Program -
a partnership between MWR and the private sector.

• Coordination of the Commercial Advertisement Sales Program –   a program that allows Marketing to sell ad space inside MWR facilities and on printed materials to private sector companies.

• Commercial Sponsorship & Advertising Sales - Monies obtained through sponsorship and ad sales go directly to support soldier programs and Quality of Life at Fort Jackson.

MWR Activity Managers & Organizers
Need your event published in the Fort Jackson Leader, MWR Web Page or Newsletter? Need flyers, business cards or other marketing materials? Use the following printer friendly forms, and drop your request by the MWR Marketing office.  You will find PDF [printer friendly] forms for graphic requests, Leader & MWR Newsletter submissions, sponsorship requests and MWR Web Page submissions.

Requests and submissions can also be sent by e-mail. For e-mail requests, include the same information required to fill out the request or submission forms and use the "Web Page Submissions" icon.

Please be sure to include complete details and Point of Contact [POC] information about your event. And don't forget to follow proper grammar rules, use upper & lower case letters, and spell check your copy when submitting Word.doc or Text.txt files.

Please Note: Information submitted for the MWR News Letter needs to be submitted 2 months prior to publication on or before the 25th of the month.

Also: Information submitted for the MWR News Letter will be included in the MWR Web Page and does not need to be re-submitted for the web page. The MWR Web Page is updated monthly. Get your information in at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the month in which your event is held.
