The Welcome Center
The Welcome Center provides all guests services including, central reservation, registration, cashiering and checkout. We are dedicated to serving soldiers and our community. The Welcome Center, Building 4394 Strom Thurmond Blvd is open 24 hours to serve you.

Active duty, Reservists, Retirees, and Family Members, for reservations, room availability, or to contact in-room guests, and all other guest services call:

Unofficial Visitors
Due to mission dictated priorities, limited reservations may be available. Reservations may be made 10 days in advance. For advance reservations on post call 1-800-276-6984.
Off Post Hotel
For an off post hotel convenient to Fort Jackson, please call Victory Travel at: 1(800) 221-3503 / Monday - Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Amenities
All rooms have irons, ironing boards, color TVs cable, refrigerators, microwave ovens, telephones with voice mail, free local calls and free guest laundry rooms.
