MWR is offering fitness programs for young adults. In conjunction with the Child and Youth Services Child Care Every Saturday the MWR Young & Fit program hours are from 8am to 12 noon. Starting at 8am we will begin with The Young & Fit program comes complete with weekly handouts designed to help encourage lifestyle changes, Lunch Time Yoga

Fitness Meets Nature enjoys our 2008 Winter Ride. This 40 mile ride began at our Marion Street Station and biked
its way down to Weston Lake where participants enjoyed picnic brunches. Once we returned, we headed to the
Solomon Center for massages and sauna down time! Please join us for our next adventure!
