My primary responsibility as the SFAC’S Social Services Assistant is to assess the immediate and long range needs of the WT Family members and make referrals for further assistance if needed. Provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) crisis intervention and information and referral services for WTs and their Family members. Establish stress management program tailored to the WT population. Pprovide a comprehensive substance abuse prevention education, intervention information and referral program. Without fail, we will provide services either on site in the SFAC, bring services forward to the SFAC when required, or acquire WT priority appointments. In all instances, services will be provided on site in the SFAC.
