Fort Jackson CYS Services for Friday, 9 October 15
Child, Youth and School (CYS) Services operations are still greatly restricted due to safety considerations for our children.
These CYS Services will be available tomorrow, for mission-essential personnel ONLY, at the Lee Road CDC and Hood Street CDC and School Age Center. If and when the Lee Road CDC reaches capacity, the Hood Street CDC will open to accept the overflow. Children under kindergarten age should all be brought to the Lee Road CDC. As noted above, when it reaches capacity, the Lee Road staff will refer individuals to the nearby Hood Street CDC.
All school age children, kindergarten and above, should go to the Hood Street School Age Center (behind the NEC building on Hood St.) for care.
Children must be registered with FJ CYS Services, and parents should bring any rescue medications with their child when dropping off.
Unfortunately, none of the other CYS Services can be opened for normal operations until further notice. Thank you for your understanding of our limitations on these important services until this emergency is behind us.
